Our Services Include:
Individual Therapy
Therapist utilizes an evidenced-based eclectic approach to issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, etc. services including our reliable individual therapy, last from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Initial assessment session may take up to 1.5 hours. Therapist and client comes up with a treatment plan together and utilizes effective interventions to reach treatment goals.
Couples Therapy
Therapist provides facilitation for the couple to address relationship conflicts and stressors related to mental health, communication problems, intimacy issues, etc. Services last from 45 minutes to 1 hour and initial assessment sessions are completed for each individual. Transparency and openness are key in therapy for growth and change.
Faith-Based Approach
Clients can elect to have a faith-based approach to individual or couples therapy by filling out the appropriate section on the intake paperwork. This approach incorporates faith-based principles and scriptures out of the Bible that support treatment plan goals through Cognitive-Behavioral techniques.
